Manuel P. Asensio - Director

Manuel P. Asensio is the President of Asensio & Company, Inc. Mr. Asensio obtained a BSE degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from Harvard Business School. He has more than 25 years of experience in the securities and investment management industry, and has a substantial track record as a contrarian investor. Since 1996, Mr. Asensio worked as an advisor to a number of leading alternative investment organizations. For more than fifteen years, he consistently advised a lead fund with one of the best long-term performance records during the period and the industry's leading hedge fund dedicated to micro-cap short-selling.

 
Allan Block - Director
Allan Block is the Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Block Communications, Inc., a 100 year old group of companies engaged in newspapers, cable television ownership and operation, television and communication high-speed internet and telephone services. Mr. Block is the Director and Chairman of several subsidiary companies within Block Communications, Inc. including Toledo Blade Company, PG Publishing Company (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette), WDRB-TV (Louisville, KY), WLIO-TV (Lima, OH), KTRV-TV (Boise, ID), and WAND-TV (Decatur, IL). Mr. Block presently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the American Cable Association and C-SPAN. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania.
 
David Conrod - Director
David Conrod is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of G2 Investment Group. Prior to founding G2, he was a Senior Managing Director of Guggenheim Securities, LLC, as well as Head of the Private Fund Group, the distribution arm of Guggenheim Securities, LLC. From 1999 to 2010, Mr. Conrod was responsible for raising institutional and private investor capital for Guggenheim Partners-sponsored and third-party private equity, real estate and hedge fund investment partnerships. From 1992 to 2000, he was Director of Sales & Marketing at HSBC Asset Management (Americas), Inc., where he was responsible for raising HSBC’s Asian, Indian and European private equity funds, in addition to a significant separate account business in long-only investment products. Mr. Conrod graduated with an A.B. in History from Kenyon College and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
 
Daniel Rodriguez - Director
Daniel Rodriguez is Founder and Managing Partner of MGR Group, a marketing, media and government-relations firm that provides strategic and crisis communications counsel and solutions to businesses, as well as campaign management to elected and non-elected individuals. Mr. Rodriguez is also Senior Vice President at Prestige Media Inc., a full-service advertising concern specializing in out-of-home programs. Before founding MGR in 1994, Dan held various Executive positions in marketing, corporate communications and government relations at Gannett Co., Hughes Television and PBS. He also worked on the staffs of Congressman Ben Gilman, Senator Daniel P. Moynihan, and Senator Alfonse D’Amato; as well as with various New York State and Westchester County governmental organizations. Dan brings extensive experience in government and the role that financial regulation played in the crisis of 2007-2008. Dan is a graduate of Fordham University, where he received a Bachelor’s in Communication, and in 1991 he was awarded a National Urban Fellowship, making him the youngest recipient ever to receive this prestigious award. As a NUF Fellow, Dan obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Baruch College’s School of Public of Affairs.
 
Glenn G. Wattley - Director
Glenn Wattley has over 34 years of industry leadership experience. Since 1999 Mr. Wattley has been managing director of West Bay Energy, LLC, a strategy and private placement firm. Previously Mr. Wattley was a Vice President at Arthur D. Little, in charge of the mining and utilities practices, and a Partner at Accenture in the Strategic Services’ Resources group. Mr. Wattley was President and CEO of Alliance to Protect Nantucket Sound an organization created to protect the Nantucket Sound environment from industrialization from uneconomical offshore power plants. Mr. Wattley is on the Board of WTgreen, an organization affiliated with World Trade Association engaged in assisting several Chinese companies and government agencies to promote environmentally friendly developments. Mr. Wattley holds a Bachelor of Science from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He is a member of two advisory boards at Columbia.
